The Central High School football team had one final championship celebration on Saturday.
And during that ceremony, head coach Bryson Rosser received a special gift of his own.
A street.
Yep, a street that bears his name.
Marion Drive — the same street on which the field house and stadium are located — is now known as Coach Rosser Drive.
Rosser, in his fifth season at the helm, led the Bobcats to their first state championship in 2018, winning their final 13 games to capture the 5A state title.
Here’s a clip from the street presentation from Diamond Clear Media.
Just take a right on Coach Rosser Drive! That’s right… they’ve named a street after your State Championship Winning Coach!!! pic.twitter.com/jjVBghkJVO
