Girls First Team
Jara Marei Auf dem Berge (William Blount, junior): Posted a fourth-place (19:58) finish at the Region 2 Large Schools meet before garnering an 18th-place (19:33.19) showing at the Large Schools state meet in Nashville.
Cathy Hu (Farragut, junior): Lady Admirals standout was a model of consistency this season. She took third at KIL (19:01), third at the region (19:57) and 11th at the state Large Schools meet (19:03.13).
Andie-Marie Jones (Maryville, sophomore): Jones turned in the top local effort at the Large Schools state meet, placing fifth in 18:17.48. She also garnered medalist honors in the Region 2 meet, finishing in 18:38.
Lexi Foley (Farragut, sophomore): Foley helped the Lady Admirals to team victories in the KIL and Region 2 meets, where she finished fifth (19:27) and second (19:38), respectively. She was also 15th at the state meet, clocking in at 19:17.99 as Farragut took third in the team race behind Dobyns-Bennett and Brentwood.
Eleanor Mancini (Catholic, senior): Appeared headed for a showdown with teammate Callie Tucker at the state meet before an injury ended her season. Mancini, a Tennessee signee, finished second behind Tucker at the KIL meet in 18:55.
Callie Tucker (Catholic, senior): The 5Star Preps girls cross country runner of the year, Tucker left her mark at both the local and state levels in 2019. She won the KIL meet in 18:28 before taking honors in the D II-AA state meet in 18:56. Tucker is a Tennessee signee.

Runner of the Year: Seth Jinks, L&N Stem Academy
Coach of the Year: Bryan Brown, Hardin Valley
Boys First Team
Trevor Coggin (Farragut, freshman): Coggin had a steady, if not spectacular ninth-grade campaign. He was 10th at KIL (17:00), third (16:51) at region and 34th at state (16:49).
Joshua Ebbert (Farragut, senior): Admirals standout got off to a fast start by winning KIL in 16:26. Added a fourth place (16:52) at regionals and was 28th (16:44) on the big stage in Nashville.
Nate Hillis (Hardin Valley, sophomore): One of the Hawks’ contingent of Super Sophs, Hillis turned in a trio of steady performances at KIL (fourth, 16:39), region (fifth, 16:57) and state (38th, 16:54).
Seth Jinks (L&N Stem Academy, senior): The much-decorated Jinks, the 5Star Preps Boys Runner of the Year, capped his career by winning the Small Schools state championship by 24 seconds in 16:39.27. Was also the No. 2 finisher at KIL in 16:29. Finished his career as a two-time state champion.
Kaden Keller (Hardin Valley, sophomore): Keller served notice that he will be a force to be reckoned with the next two years after a big sophomore season. He was 11th (16:09.62) at state, first by 14 seconds (16:29) at region and third (16:34) at KIL.
Mitchell McCown (Hardin Valley, sophomore): A key cog in the Hawks’ drive to a region championship and a fifth-place showing at state. McCown was seventh (16:51) at KIL, second (16:43) at regionals and 47th (17:03.85) at state.
