Morristown West’s proud football tradition took a direct hit in 2019.
After opening with a 23-19 win over archrival Morristown East, the Trojans lost their final nine games of the season.
Not exactly the kind of record they’ve come to expect on the west side of Hamblen County.
It was the first nine-loss record in school history.
Trojans coach Alvin Sanders said nothing about the 2019 campaign was acceptable.
