Optimism abounds in the Sevier County football camp that 2020 will signal a sharp reversal of fortunes for the proud program.
Coming off consecutive seasons of 3-7 and 2-8, the Smoky Bears bring back 15 starters and feature one of the area’s top returning quarterbacks.
SC is looking for its first winning season since 2015 when the Smoky Bears went 12-3 and lost to Independence in the state Class 5A title game.
