Winning at the highest level often breeds a culture of confidence.
That’s why you can almost feel the self assuredness coming out of the Elizabethton football camp heading into the 2020 season as the Cyclones look to defend their Class 4A state title.
“Team chemistry and being united are big things for us this year,” said veteran Elizabethton coach Shawn Witten.
“We’ve just got to be ourselves and manage the pressure we put on ourselves.”
