STRAWBERRY PLAINS — If you dusted off a program from the 2019 BlueCross Bowl Championships and flipped the pages to the depth charts for last year’s 5A state title game, you’d see Isaiah Huff’s name as the starting right guard for the Central Bobcats.
All 5-foot-11 and 170 pounds of him, sandwiched right between a 300-pound center and a 265-pound right tackle.
Central won that state title game over Summit.
And on Friday night at Carter, in Week 8 of the 2020 season, Central won again … with Huff as its starting tailback.
Wild, right?
