Christian Academy of Knoxville’s baseball team put its offense on display during a 14-7 victory over visiting Webb School of Knoxville on a rainy Wednesday afternoon.
The Warriors had 14 hits led by senior first baseman and Vol State signee Ty Nettles, who went 4 for 4 with two doubles, two RBIs, and three runs scored.
But relief pitcher Luke Jones may have got the game ball as the Warriors (17-6, 6-0 in Division II-A East Region) posted their second victory in two days over Webb (8-4, 4-2).
