You hear DeSean Bishop’s name constantly blaring through the public address systems on Friday nights during Karns football games.
You never hear the names of his offensive linemen, who often play in relative obscurity, as most offensive linemen do.
That’s OK with the Karns group paving the way for Bishop, a junior who’s rushed for 1,117 yards in four games this season.
“They’re a bunch of good kids and they like blocking,” Karns coach Brad Taylor said.
