ALCOA – Caden Buckles began the 2021 football season anxious to play a full schedule of games.
The Alcoa senior quarterback sat out the 2020 regular season under TSSAA rules after transferring from Catholic, so every game was special this year.
Buckles’ time on the field has been limited, though, due to three COVID-19 forfeit victories combined with sitting on the bench for the second halves of blowout victories.
