Eli Owens can’t remember a time when he wasn’t a University of Tennessee football fan. He can recall the games and specific seasons in which he attended games.
So when he got word Monday that the Vols were offering him a scholarship, the current Alcoa High School freshman more than relished the moment.
He shared it with family.
