OAK RIDGE – Brady Quillen is focused on football these days in preparation for his senior season as Greeneville’s starting quarterback.
Soccer is in the back of his mind right now.
It’s been almost two months since Quillen – a starting midfielder for the Greene Devils’ soccer team – and his teammates lost in the Class AA state semifinals for the second straight year.
Quillen was a team captain in soccer, and he’s a team captain in football this fall.
There is plenty of motivation for Quillen and the dozen or so other Greeneville seniors, coming off a 12-1 season and another loss to Elizabethton in the Class 4A state quarterfinals.
