Morgan Shaver, the defensive line coach at West High School, has been with the program for 13 seasons now.
And he’ll tell you himself that he has “never coached a kid who’s as explosive” as C.J. Smith.
West coaches have known that for some time now about Smith.
But now more and more of the general public — and college coaches — are starting to find out the same.
