ALCOA – Bearden senior Avery Treadwell knew when it was her time Tuesday night.
The 6-foot-3 senior post and Florida State signee scored all 11 of her points after halftime as the Lady Bulldogs pulled out a 34-33 victory at Alcoa.
Treadwell scored seven in the fourth quarter.
“I just knew in that situation,” Treadwell said, “I had to kind of put my team on my back and get the win.”
She scored the winning basket on a 6-foot hook shot with 7 seconds left.
