The Halls football team was in a very familiar position at halftime on Thursday night, down one score to visiting Campbell County.
The Red Devils lost five one-score games a season ago.
However, Thursday night was different.
Halls head coach Brent Hughes sent a clear message at halftime. He told his team to finish.
“We had been in that position before,” Halls senior Kameron Bates said. “We knew how to react, how we could overcome those struggles.”
Overcoming the struggles was just what Halls did.
