LENOIR CITY – Interim head coach Mike Zeller stood in front of his Lenoir City football team Friday night after its 14-7 victory over visiting Clinton.
Zeller was almost too emotional to speak.
“We love you Zeller,” a player yelled.
Another player yelled the same thing.
Then Zeller gathered himself.
“I’m so proud of you guys,” he told the players.
