A season filled with close losses and teaching moments had a nice payout Thursday for the Central boys basketball team.
After playing from behind most of the game, things clicked for the Bobcats in the fourth quarter of a 50-46 home victory over rival Halls to close out District 3-4A regular-season play.
First-year Central coach Marcus Huie changed up his lineup to start the second half, going with Cameron Horton, who normally comes off the bench, with the first unit.
The move paid major dividends.
