MARYVILLE — What a time for everything to go right.
The Maryville boys basketball team posted a season-high in points, and cruised to a 88-57 victory over Morristown West in a 4A state sectional on Monday at home.
The Rebels last qualified for the state tournament in the 2019-20 season, but due to the pandemic, never got the chance to go to Murfreesboro.
The last time Maryville actually played a state tournament game was in 2015 but they’ll be looking for their first state tournament win since winning it all in 2007.
