Central starter Andrew Hill was juiced on Monday night. A normal district contest against Halls had turned into a game with a lot more fanfare.
MLB Hall of Fame electee and Central High School alum Todd Helton was honored on the field pregame and threw out the first pitch. He spent the rest of the game in the dugout taking in the contest.
Mix that with playing inside Lindsey Nelson Stadium and Hill had a little bit extra on his fastball.
