INFIELDERS
FIRST TEAM
Lukas Buckner, Farragut, senior — The Mississippi State signee hit .442 and led the team in total hits (68) as a senior, also winding up with the most hits in Farragut Baseball history with 246. He hit 14 doubles with four home runs and 50 RBIs in Farragut’s 2024 Class 4A Championship run.
Jake Merrick, Farragut, senior — A UAB signee and stalwart in the Farragut lineup for many years over, Merrick hit .432 as a senior with a team-best five triples. He homered six times, walked 30 times and drove in 55 runs as a senior for the three-time Class 4A defending champions.
Eli Evans, Farragut, senior — The 5Star Preps Offensive Player of the Year and ETSU hit a whopping .484 against a brutally tough schedule. That average was the best on Farragut’s team by .042 points. He led Farragut in doubles (16), home runs (13), RBIs (67), walks (42) and OBP (.602).
Wesley Alig, CAK, senior — A Kennesaw State signee and Division II-A Mr. Baseball winner, Alig is a three-time district player of the year. He hit .471 as a senior with 19 doubles, nine home runs, 40 RBIs, 33 runs and 11 walks. He struck out only twice.
Cade Batchelor, Maryville, senior — A Belmont signee, Batchelor hit .413 in the spring with seven doubles, three triples, two HRs and 33 RBIs. He also scored 28 runs, walked 23 times and stole 13 bases.
Jaxon Jones, Hardin Valley Academy, junior — Jones’ ability has caught many a coach’s eyes. Currently a Tennessee Tech commitment, Jones hit .458 for the Hawks with four home runs and 28 RBIs. He also stole 29 bases.
Tyler Bennett, CAK, junior — Bennett had his breakout season for the Warriors in 2024, smashing nine home runs and driving in 37 runs for the Warriors while batting .427.
SECOND TEAM
Nick Riordan, Central, sophomore — The Bobcats made a run to the Region 2-4A Tournament, and Riordan helped by hitting .370 with 10 doubles, four home runs, 22 RBIs, 36 runs, and 23 stolen bases.
Brooks Berry, McMinn County, sophomore – An Alabama commitment, Berry batted .437 for the Cherokees in the spring with 12 doubles, 25 RBIs, 25 runs scored and 14 walks.
Caden Black, Oak Ridge, senior — Part of a historic run for the Wildcats, Black hit .390 in his final prep season, stealing 39 bases and driving in 22. He scored 48 times for Oak Ridge.
Blaine Watson, Sweetwater, senior — Sweetwater, once again, made a trip to state in Class 2A, and Watson helped pave the way. He hit.438, scored 42 runs, smacked 16 doubles, and drove in 38 runs. The Milligan signee also stole 33 bases.
Tucker Lorenz, Sweetwater, senior — A big part of a 32-win season and a trip to state, Lorenz hit .385 and drove in 39 runs while scoring 42 times. He walked 21 times and recorded 14 doubles.
Colton Richards, Greeneville, senior — A 2024 state tournament hero in a second-round game, Richards played big all season. He hit .412 with 19 doubles, 45 RBIs, 38 runs scored and 24 walks.
Brady Allison, Greenback, senior — A district MVP, Allison had a monster regular season (.456 batting average, 29 walks, 32 stolen bases) while also shining on the mound for the Cherokees, which reached the Class A state sectionals.
OUTFIELDERS
FIRST TEAM
Landis Davila, Farragut, senior — The Mississippi State signee and 2023 Baseball Factory All-American hit .441 as a senior with 11 doubles, 39 RBIs, 51 runs scores and a team-best 19 stolen bases. He hit .500 during the 2024 Class 4A state tournament.
Brennon Seigler, Farragut, senior — A mainstay at centerfield, Seigler is a Tennessee signee who batted .347 with 38 runs scored, 18 stolen bases, four doubles, and 30 RBIs during the Admirals’ state championship campaign this spring.
Charlie Bozeman, Farragut, senior — The Samford signee hit .310 in his first full year of starting in Farragut’s lineup. He hit five doubles and nine home runs while driving in 38 runs and scoring 44 times. He drew 17 walks.
Jaxon Walker, Loudon, senior — The Tennessee signee went out with a bang his senior year, constructing a .473 batting average, 56 runs, nine HRs, 38 RBIs, 39 stolen bases, and 1.000 fielding mark.
Kai Correll, Sweetwater, senior — Correll’s pitching ability came up clutch in two elimination games for Sweetwater, but the outfielder also hit .390 and scored 49 runs. He hit 14 doubles with 39 RBIs and recorded 17 walks.
SECOND TEAM
Hunter Rayburn, McMinn Central, sophomore — The versatile Rayburn hit .366 with nine doubles, five triples and 28 RBIs. He scored 36 times and stole 12 bases.
Elijah Miller, Seymour, sophomore — Miller hit an impressive .500 this season, collecting 51 hits in the 2024 campaign. He doubled 12 times and also hit five triples, scoring 40 runs and stealing 28 bases along the way.
Cameron Cooper, Bearden, junior — Cooper hit .309 with 11 doubles, 19 walks and 17 RBIs in a demanding District 4-4A.
Davis Nyitrai, William Blount, junior — Nyitrai hit .418 in 31 games for the Govs, doubling 10 times with six home runs and 35 RBIs.
Levi Heidel, Coalfield, junior — The District Offensive Player of the Year batted .458 with five doubles, three triples, 23 stolen bases, 30 walks and 35 RBIs.
CATCHERS
FIRST TEAM
Gavin Brewer, Farragut, senior — Brewer went 5 for 13 at the plate with eight RBIs in four combined Class 4A state tournament games for Farragut in late May. The Cincinnati signee hit .304 with five home runs and 40 RBIs in 2024.
Colton Denton, Hardin Valley, junior — A Tennessee baseball commit, Denton proved why in 2024. He hit .398 with four homers, 24 walks and 35 RBIs.
Brooks Wright, Bearden, senior — The Tennessee signee and District 4-4A Defensive Player of the Year hit 11 homers with 26 walks and 31 RBI.
Luke Treece, Coalfield, junior — A three-time District Player of the Year and a recent Lee University commit, Treece powered Coalfield with a .473 batting average, 16 doubles and 41 RBIs.
SECOND TEAM
Bridger Hamilton, Sevier County, senior — The Walters State signee has a lightning bolt of an arm and routinely throws out would-be base stealers. But he also hit .336 with eight doubles and 18 RBI.
Noah Graves, Greenback, junior — Graves helped guide Greenback to the Class A sectionals, hitting .379 with 42 RBIs.
Parker Free, Oak Ridge, freshman — The District 3-4A Rookie of the Year logged 38 hits with 35 RBIs in 2024, helping OR reach state.
Hunter McDonald, McMinn County, senior — McDonald hit .349 with six doubles, four homers, 26 RBIs; was school’s 2024 valedictorian
TWO-WAY TALENTS
FIRST TEAM
Carson Quillen, Greeneville, junior —A vital piece to Greeneville’s 2024 run to the state tournament, the Virginia Tech commit hit .453 with 24 doubles, 50 runs and 23 walks. He also went 9-2-1 on the mound with 74 strikeouts against 23 walks, while registering a 0.96 ERA.
Andrew Hill, Central, senior — Mr. Baseball in Class 4A and an ETSU signee, Hill paced Central with a .446 batting average, 22 RBIs, 25 walks and 18 extra-base hits. On the mound, he pitched 66.1 innings and went 8-2 with 82 strikeouts against 15 walks. His senior year ERA was 1.00.
Michael Delph, Farragut, senior — An Army signee who got things done on the mound and at the plate for Farragut, Delph went 5-2 with three saves and a 1.77 ERA. He struck out 53 against 17 walks. He batted .372 with 16 doubles, five homers, 44 RBIs and 27 runs scored.
Hudson Lutterman, Catholic, senior — The Virginia Tech signee hit .355 as a senior with 13 doubles, four homers, 29 RBIs and 39 runs. He went 9-0 pitching with four saves, 57 strikeouts and a 1.44 ERA.
Joseph Summers, Oakdale, senior — The District 4-1A Co-Player of the Year and Region 2-A Tournament MVP, Summers led Oakdale to a state appearance by hitting .333 with 24 RBIs while going 12-2 with two saves as a pitcher. He fanned 118 hitters against 21 walks.
Trevan Myers, Pigeon Forge, senior — The Class 2A Mr. Baseball went 10-1 with three saves and 78 strikeouts. He walked just five and finished with a 0.75 ERA. At the plate, Myers hit .475 with 10 doubles, 27 RBIs and 39 runs scored. He stole 33 bases.
Will Sharp, Gibbs, senior — The school’s valedictorian produced on the field in various ways during Gibbs’ run to the state tournament. He hit .388 with 11 doubles, and 47 RBIs. He logged a 9-1-1 pitching record with a 1.14 ERA and 93 strikeouts against 24 walks.
SECOND TEAM
Malakhi Isom, Morristown West, senior — Isom paired a .421 batting average with his 3-1 pitching mark.
J.J. Caudill, Greenback, sophomore — A district pitcher of year, Caudill also hit .419 in the regular season with 24 RBIs.
Peyton Witter, Oak Ridge, junior — Hit .370 with 36 RBIs while constructing a 1.60 ERA with 53 Ks.
Eli Brummett, Oliver Springs, junior — Batted .431 with nine doubles and 20 RBIs. Had five wins, 59 Ks, and a 1.29 ERA.
Mikee Teasley, Oak Ridge, sophomore — Struck out 71 batters in 51.2 innings and also hit .384 BA and stole 35 bases.
Brayden Christian, Grainger, senior — Hit .459 and went 4-0 with 58 strikeouts, and a 1.67 ERA.
Ty Edds, Union County, junior — Smacked nine HRs and 10 doubles and drove in 36 RBIs; 3-1 pitching with a 2.90 ERA.
THIRD TEAM
Dakota Adkins, Oliver Springs, senior — .430 batting average; 1.68 ERA.
Jackson Treece, Coalfield, freshman — .429 batting average, 54 RBIs, 8-2 pitching record.
Treyson Derry, Grace, freshman — 5-2 pitching record; batting average of .379, 22 RBI.
Will Harmon, Greeneville, sophomore — 7 pitching wins, 87 Ks; .347 batting average,30 RBIs.
Jacob Dillon, HVA, senior — 4-1 pitching with 2.16 ERA; batting average .327 with six HRs, 33 RBIs.
Gavin French, Heritage, freshman — 5-2 pitching with 69 Ks; .359 batting average, 16 RBIs.
PITCHERS
FIRST TEAM
Brady Scott, Sevier County, senior — A no-brainer pick for first team, Scott was a Mr. Baseball finalist who went 11-1 as a senior with 132 strikeouts against 19 walks in 80 innings pitched.
Cole Draper, Farragut, junior — The 5Star Preps Pitcher of the Year is now 2-0 in state championship game starts. He finished his junior year 8-1 with 52 strikeouts against 15 walks. He had a 1.41 ERA and opponents batted just .185 against him. He is committed to Wofford.
Braylon Hall, Farragut, senior — Farragut used Hall in a variety of ways and he delivered more times than not. He wound up 7-0 with two saves, striking out 30 against only seven walks in 14 games played.
Stratton Scott, Farragut, senior — The Tennessee signee appeared in 14 games for the Admirals in 2024, going 5-0 with two saves and 42 strikeouts against 18 walks. He threw a 1-hitter in the state tournament and finished with a 1.92 ERA.
Kam Welch, Oak Ridge, sophomore — A big reason why Oak Ridge made it to the Class 4A state tournament, Welch pitched 68.1 innings in 2024 and struck out 89 hitters while compiling a 2.45 ERA.
Parker Jones, CAK, junior — This left-handed hurler had one of the more unheralded seasons in 2024. But we noticed. He went 8-1 and allowed just two earned runs. He struck out 43 hitters and posted a 0.38 ERA.
Nolan Bethel, Loudon, junior — The 6-3, 200-pound Kennesaw State commit pitched 65.1 innings in 2024, striking out 84 and compiling a 1.02 ERA and 9-2 overall record. Opponents batted .146 against him and he also threw a no-hitter during the spring.
SECOND TEAM
Cade O’Leary, Farragut, senior — A Mississippi State signee, O’Leary went 7-0 in his one season with Farragut. He fanned 56 hitters and walked 20 while compiling a 2.21 ERA in 12 games played.
Will Price, Gibbs, sophomore — Gibbs went 36-5-1 and reached state. Price played his part well, going 13-0-1 with a 1.23 ERA and 117 strikeouts in 80 innings of work.
Parker Davis, Alcoa, sophomore — Alcoa made a run to the state tournament and Davis helped pave the way with a 4-2 record, 72 Ks in 51 innings and a 1.92 ERA.
Jonathon Van Ness, CAK, senior — The Belmont signee pitched 40.2 innings and struck out 58 while posting a 2.20 ERA.
Ty Barnett, McMinn County, senior — A Cincinnati signee, Barnett threw 65 innings and notched six wins. He fanned 105 and had a 2.26 ERA.
Jax Sparks, Hardin Valley, sophomore — One of the more talented underclassmen around in 2024, Sparks won four games for HVA and tossed 44.2 innings, striking out 44 and logging a 2.50 ERA.
Tyler Oaks, McMinn Central, junior — A 6-4 Campbell commit, Oaks had six pitching wins, 111 strikeouts, 18 walks, and a 1.75 ERA.
