Maryville’s basketball team won the District 4-4A tournament Tuesday night and delivered a gut punch to Bearden in the process.
The Rebels almost blew a 14-point lead with a little more than 3 minutes left but held on for a 63-62 victory and the tournament title at Hardin Valley Academy.
