Cosby overcame a 32-22 halftime deficit and held a 45-44 lead with 5:47 remaining in the fourth. Harriman, however, went on an 18-2 run from that point forward to get the win.
Cooper Davis led Cosby with 17 points. Devin Bertram paced Harriman with 22.
Harriman secured its first state-tournament berth since winning it all in 2017.
