The Webb School of Knoxville boys’ basketball team rallied in the fourth quarter for a 68-63 home victory Monday over Stone Memorial.
Webb senior David Sanger scored seven of his team-high 21 points in the decisive final quarter, one in which the Spartans scored 26 points to mount its comeback.
Stone Memorial led 43-42 heading into the final quarter but sent Webb to the foul line for 19 free throws in the final eight minutes; the Spartans made 13 of those attempts.
Luke Lentz and Lukas Walls scored 15 and 17 points, respectively, for Webb. Walls scored 11 in the fourth.
Will Hecker scored 21 for the visiting Panthers, and Jack Eldridge had 12.
