South-Doyle senior Preston Sisler won’t be the star player on the field Friday night when the Cherokees (8-3) travel to play David Crockett (9-2) in Jonesborough in the second round of the Class 5A state playoffs.
The Pioneers feature four-star running back/linebacker Prince Kollie (6-2, 205), a Notre Dame commitment.
But don’t be surprised if you hear Sisler’s name called plenty of times.
