ALCOA — His name has been on college football recruiting boards for three years or so now. And on Monday, Lance Williams removed it.
The rising senior at Alcoa High School — and No. 1 player in 5Star Preps’ Class of 2023 player rankings — announced his verbal commitment to play for Virginia Tech.
