MARYVILLE – Alcoa High School students, fans and even parents scaled over stadium rails and climbed chain-link fences Friday night as the final seconds ticked off the game clock at Maryville.
The celebration was about to be on. Their Tornadoes had ended the losing streak to rival Maryville, and those in the visitor’s stands wanted to celebrate on the field with the players.
And celebrate they did – from one end of the field to the other.
