South-Doyle junior Almarion Greer turned the turf at Fulton’s Bob Black Field into his own personal track meet Friday night.
At least in the first half, anyway.
And his teammates and coaches standing on the visiting sideline got two close-up looks at Greer’s top-end speed.
“We just try to get him the ball quick and let him work,” South-Doyle senior quarterback Nick Martin said.
“He’s probably one of the fastest guys in the area.”
