Anderson County volleyball coach Jayme Smith and her assistant coaches know what it’s like to experience a state championship run.
They want to share it with their players this year.
Smith and the Lady Mavs (24-8) have a way to go to reach the Class AA state tournament with a big match Thursday when the play host to rival Gibbs (11-10) at 6 p.m. with the District 4-AA regular-season title at stake.
