LENOIR CITY – Bailey Carroll needed some last-minute rehab to be able to pitch Monday.
Lenoir City’s senior left-hander hurt his knee last Thursday sliding into third base against William Blount and spent the next four days trying to get it healed.
During school Monday, Carroll doubted he could pitch — before athletic trainer Noel Tiller worked on his knee before the game against Sequoyah.
