MORRISTOWN — It was looking all too familiar for the Bearden girls basketball team.
The Lady Bulldogs’ 2023-24 season ended with back-to-back losses in the region tournament championship game and a sectional road game.
Bearden was back on the road for a 4A sectional game this season, trailing midway through the fourth quarter and its star player Natalya Hodge in foul trouble.
But the Lady Bulldogs rewrote the script.
