Bearden’s Lady Bulldogs showed their bite again Monday night.
Sophomore guard Zneyah McLaughlin scored 18 points as Bearden beat host Farragut, 62-53, in the regular-season finale for both teams.
Bearden (25-2, 14-2 in District 4-AAA) clinched the No. 1 seed in the district tournament and has a bye into Saturday’s semifinals. The Lady Bulldogs have won 16 consecutive games.
