Scott Cummings hasn’t been head coach of the Oak Ridge football program long.
Maybe a handful of months or so.
But he has been in the coaching game long enough to know when he has a special talent.
And he has inherited just that in Class of 2024 prospect Brandon Heyward.
“Man, he’s just a different dude,” said Cummings.
Heyward isn’t trying to be different.
He’s trying to be the best.
