STRAWBERRY PLAINS — When Chris Cowan’s phone beeped with a text Saturday afternoon, he knew exactly who it was: Gibbs senior guard Zack Turner.
“We’ve been friends since eighth grade when we played on the same team,” Cowan said. “It’s been great growing up and competing with him.”
