Catholic offensive lineman Bryn Tucker’s prep career received a slight scare this past week.
The Clemson commit and 2020 Under Armour All-American injured his left knee during a scrimmage against Class 6A state power Oakland on Friday, May 10.
Uncertainty followed. Would he need surgery? If so, how long might he be out? Tucker had to wait five days to find out the results.
Turns out, he just had a “severe sprain,” he said Wednesday. He’ll do some rest and some rehab, he added, and will be ready for Week 1, an Aug. 23 home game against Chuckey-Doak.
God is great! Prayers answered! Just a sprain, no surgery needed! Will be ready week 1💍 #AG2G
