DeSean Bishop ran for 305 yards and four touchdowns Friday night, but Karns needed a defensive stop to preserve a victory over Campbell County.
Chris Hunter and Alex Idol got it for the Beavers.
Hunter had a strip sack of Cougars’ quarterback Landen Hensley, and Idol recovered the fumble with 1 minute, 5 seconds left as Karns held off visiting Campbell County, 36-33.
