CAK football coach Travis Mozingo noticed the chip on J.D. Dunn’s shoulder early in the season.
While playing with that edge can be beneficial, it can have a dark side, too. And Mozingo wanted his star running back to transition out of angry runner into that mature and confident tailback who just knows he’s ‘the guy.’
Dunn has done that, and he showed it Friday night in the Warriors’ win over rival Grace Christian.
