Farragut’s baseball team pulled out a 9-3 victory at Bearden on Monday night, but there wasn’t the usual celebration after beating its longtime rival.
“We played really pitiful baseball for about six innings,” Farragut coach Matt Buckner said, “played very poorly, very poor at-bats, very questionable defense, not very good on the mound.
“About every possible thing that could be bad, we were bad at the game for about six innings.”
