Farragut shortstop Lukas Buckner has spent years watching televised games at Mississippi State’s Dudy Noble Field/Polk-Dement Stadium, the nation’s largest on-campus baseball facility.
The rising senior dreamed about playing there – on the biggest of stages before raucous crowds in the star-powered SEC.
Buckner will get his chance after announcing his commitment to Mississippi State on Monday night.
