Farragut High School baseball coach Matt Buckner knew, years ago, that his Class of 2024 talents would be special.
But now that it’s coming to pass right before his eyes, it’s still a bit bewildering.
Stratton Scott, a big right-hander and junior at Farragut, committed to the University of Tennessee via his social media post late Wednesday night.
In doing so, he became the fifth player from the Admirals’ 2024 class to commit to a major college baseball program.
