They call her “Ace” for a reason.
Whether she’s on the basketball court or the softball field, Farragut’s Avery “Ace” Strickland is an ace for the Lady Admirals.
The 5-foot-11 sophomore guard scored 12 of her 20 points in first quarter Tuesday night, sparking the Lady Admirals to a 57-40 victory over visiting Heritage.
