He spent a majority of his childhood growing up in the shadows of Farragut Baseball giants such as Nick Senzel, Nicky Delmonico and A.J. Simcox.
Now Lukas Buckner is casting out his own legacy.
The sophomore infielder announced his verbal commitment to the University of Central Florida (UCF) on Friday.
