Fear the kilt.
Catholic volleyball coach Brent Carter donned a Scottish kilt on Thursday night for his home match against rival Webb School of Knoxville.
Weird? Funny? Motivational?
Whatever, the Lady Irish responded with a 25-10, 25-22, 25-19 victory against Webb in a Division II-AA East Region match.
“We actually made a bet with (Carter) on our last match that if we won, he would wear it,” senior setter Devyn Dunn said. “We just like it. It’s so funny to see him wear it.”
