It’s sense-of-urgency week in the Powell and West football camps.
Sure, the Panthers and Rebels are ecstatic to be in the Class 5A semifinals, but both know there’s one more mountain to climb to get to the BlueCross Bowl in Chattanooga next week.
The two 11-2 teams square off at West at 7 p.m. Friday with the winner advancing to the state championship game.
