MARYVILLE – Maryville’s Denae Fritz and Stone Memorial’s Tessa Miller have been good friends since they started playing AAU basketball together in the sixth grade.
But you would not have known it Tuesday night when Maryville played host to Stone Memorial.
They banged against each other in the post, tried to block each other’s shots, and battled each other for rebounds.
