The early signing period for college football began Wednesday and wraps up Friday.
Very little mystery or drama surrounds the three-day timeframe, really, as players who ink during the early signing period have been committed to their school of choice for quite some time.
Sure, there’s the occasional flip.
But for the most part, it’s an uneventful few days.
Which made us go ahead and turn the page to the 2021 Early Signing Period for the top football players in the Class of 2022.
Here are some local athletes who we think will be signing next December and some who’ll sign in February 2022.
