The dots all connected a couple weeks ago if you happened to take some time to put a pen to it.
So Sunday’s announcement of Gary Rankin being named new head football coach at Boyd-Buchanan in Chattanooga shouldn’t surprise.
But if it does: here’s why Rankin is headed there.
