Down 18, the Eagles fought back for a 28-27 win over Northview in overtime in the first round of the Class 4A playoffs.

“I told them at halftime ‘you’ll never forget your last game on this field.’ Win or lose, win or lose, go out there and give everything you have, and when you walk off the field, you’re going to remember that the rest of your life.”
The closing stages of Friday’s game at Ernest Whited Stadium had plenty of drama.
