It’s early in the season and there’s still plenty to work on, but Gibbs softball coach Carol Mitchell couldn’t help but appreciate her team’s offensive prowess Monday in a 20-5 win over Gatlinburg-Pittman.
“We didn’t play particularly well at times and defensively we had a few mistakes, but 20 runs is nice,” said Mitchell.
