Austin Naab saw possibility Thursday night when everyone else was seeing inevitability.
Catholic High’s goalkeeper was bracing himself for a close-range shot from South-Doyle forward Ethan Rummel, a scoring chance so glorious that virtually everyone else’s point of view conceded goal.
“I thought he was going to score,” Fighting Irish teammate Spencer Belanger said. “It looked like a pretty clean shot.”
