Greeneville High School senior quarterback Cade Ballard plans on announcing his college commitment prior to the start of the season, most likely in the month of July.
Shortly after he got done with a flying lesson Wednesday, Ballard hopped on the phone with 5Star Preps to provide an update on his recruitment.
