JOHNSON CITY – Maryville’s boys were indomitable in the sprints Saturday at the Section 1-AAA outdoor track and field championships at Science Hill’s Kermit Tipton Stadium.
The Rebels set sectional meet records in three sprint relays in the highlight-filled event that’s a prelude to the state meet in Murfreesboro.
Top four finishers in each individual and relay events advanced to the state meet, which is May 25 at Middle Tennessee State University.
